1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

• • Duplicate payment made by the customer.
• • Payment made for a service/product that was not delivered.
• • Cancellation of service before the agreed-upon start date.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Once the service has commenced or the product has been delivered, no refunds will be processed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
